Cemex USA invites ambitious students to join the Ready‑Mix Internship Development Program for a 10‑week, hands‑on experience. You will explore cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, production process, and data management within the Ready‑Mix operations.

Safety is emphasized; you will tackle real problems, present outcomes to leadership, and build a professional network while developing technical and soft skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership potential and proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience from internships, co-op programs or university projects.
