Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5+ (prefer 3.0+).
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem solving; strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Ready‑Mix Operations learning across cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality, reliability, maintenance, production, and data management.
• Engage in hands‑on projects and contribute to real‑world solutions during the 10‑week program.
• Present project outcomes to leadership, developing presentation and communication skills.
