Qualifications

• Educational foundation: pursuing a bachelor's degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or related field with at least junior standing.
• Academic performance: GPA 2.5+ (-preference for 3.0+).
• Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Technical proficiency through internships, co-op, or university projects.
• Team collaboration and ability to work both independently and in teams.
