Job summary

Cemex US invites motivated students to join its Ready-Mix Internship Development Program for a 10-week summer experience. You will engage in cement manufacturing, process improvements, data management, and quality initiatives while working closely with experienced mentors.

Expect a full-time, on-site schedule with exposure to field and office environments, safety-centered culture, and opportunities to develop leadership and presentation skills for your future career in the building materials

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Mgmt, or related field with junior standing.
• GPA 2.5 or higher; preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in the industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Ready-Mix operations and support project work.
• Support safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment.
• Help with data management and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to present outcomes.
• Learn and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
