Job summary

Cemex USA invites current students to join the Ready‑Mix Internship Development Program. This 10-week, on-site internship in Cantonment, FL, exposes you to core Ready‑Mix functions including Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

You'll gain hands-on experience, safety training, and opportunities to work on real projects, develop skills, and present outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Previous internship/co-op/university project experience in the industry.
