Job summary

Cemex US offers a Ready-Mix Internship Development Program for current college students. This 10-week, May-start program provides hands-on exposure to Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management in our Ready-Mix division.

As an IDP participant, you will learn through challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop both technical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field with junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5+ (3.0+ preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to present ideas clearly.
• Internships, co-ops or university projects are a plus.
