Job summary

Cemex USA invites current college students to join the Ready-Mix Internship Development Program, a 10-week immersive experience starting in May. Interns will gain hands-on exposure across cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, production, and data management.

You will participate in safety-focused projects, develop technical and soft skills, and present outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in CIM or related field with at least junior year standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to present ideas clearly.
