Job summary

Cemex USA offers a 10-week Ready‑Mix Internship Development Program designed to give hands‑on experience across cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, production processes, and data management. Interns work on safety‑driven, project‑based assignments and collaborate with experienced professionals to develop both technical and soft skills.

You will engage in hands‑on work, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to present project outcomes

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Previous internship, co-op, or university project experience in related field.
