Job summary

Cemex USA invites motivated students to join the Ready-Mix Internship Development Program for a 10-week summer.

You will rotate through Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management, gaining hands-on experience under experienced mentors while building professional skills for a career in the building materials industry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, or related field with at least junior year.
• GPA 2.5 or higher, preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, able to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support safety initiatives and promote a safe working environment.
• Engage in challenging projects across Ready-Mix operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and learning.
