Job summary

Cemex USA offers a 10-week Ready-Mix Internship Development Program starting in May each year, providing hands-on exposure across cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, production processes, and data management within the Ready-Mix division.

As an IDP, you will work on safety-first initiatives, project-based experiences, and skills development while presenting outcomes to leadership; you will also network across the organization and contribute

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with junior standing.
• GPA 2.5+ preferred, 3.0+ favored.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and implement safety protocols.
• Contribute to Ready-Mix projects and process improvements.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work.
