Job summary

Cemex USA in Jersey Village, TX offers a 10-week Ready-Mix Internship Development Program starting in May. This hands-on program exposes students to cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, production, and data management.

As an IDP intern, you will work on safety-focused projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop both technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in CIM or related field with junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5+ with preference for 3.0+
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Interest in Ready-Mix operations and data management
• Willingness to work on-site in Jersey Village, TX
