Ampact's Reading Corps program seeks dedicated tutors to support elementary students in building reading skills at local schools in Minnesota. You will lead 20-minute tutoring sessions, follow a structured schedule, and track progress with the on-site coach while receiving coaching and training to grow professionally.

The role emphasizes reliability, English fluency, and basic computer use, with a background check and legal eligibility to work in the United States required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and have a history of good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Ability to succesfully complete a background check.
