Job summary

Agincare Buckinghamshire is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in a busy care home environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, support with medications, and help enrich residents' lives through activities and companionship. Experience in care is required, and a flexible, bank-based availability is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a care role is required.
  • Compassionate, patient and great with people.
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
  • You must be flexible to work as and when required as this is a bank role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
  • Assist with medication administration and recording.
  • Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
  • Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
