Job summary

Agincare is expanding its presence in the Richmond area with a Care Assistant role at Laurel Dene Care Home in Hampton. You will provide personal care, support residents, and promote dignity and independence for residents in a welcoming care setting.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a 44-hour week with alternate weekends, day shifts, on-demand pay, a pension scheme, and a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000. We value compassion and teamwork in delivering high-quality care.

What you will be doing:

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in a care setting is preferred

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• This position is working 33 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• The shift patterns are 8am to 8pm
