Job summary

Agincare Group is looking for a caring Support Worker to join our Bourne Service in the UK. You will support multiple individuals with learning disabilities with daily routines, personal care, and activities in the community to help them thrive and lead independent lives.

You’ll build meaningful, lasting connections, follow care plans, and promote safety and wellbeing while ensuring person-centred care and excellent service delivery. Training and development opportunities are available.

Who you’ll

support


You’ll be


supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne Service to thrive and live as


independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From


supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,


You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
