Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking staff for Greville House in Richmond to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents. This bank position requires flexibility to work as and when required, with duties across communal areas and resident rooms, and a focus on warmth and compassion in daily interactions.

We offer £14.80 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme, funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and guaranteed interviews for eligible applicants.

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard.
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts—smiles, chats, and friendly presence.
• Your care shows in the details; fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every day.
