Job summary

Agincare Group in Dorchester is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide a dedicated team at Cheriton Care Home. You will lead by example, deliver high-quality care and companionship, and support residents with daily living.

This role requires at least 2 years in social care, a minimum right to work in the UK, and the flexibility to work 42 hours per week with alternating weekends. You’ll collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Willingness to work 42 hours/week and weekends.
