Job summary

Agincare Group in Weymouth is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver person-centred care and support for residents. This Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role requires flexibility to work nights (8pm–8am) and weekends, with further training opportunities.

Join a caring, confident team and help create a home where residents feel comfortable, valued and truly cared for, with paid training up to QCF Level 5 and pension support.

• Experience in care settings.
• Ability to administer medication safely and accurately.

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role, for this role you must have the flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when required
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities

Your role:
