Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant to join our Buckinghamshire care home team. This bank role involves providing high-quality personal care, assisting with medications, and supporting daily living activities with a compassionate approach.

Experience in care is required and flexibility is needed to cover shifts. We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, refer-a-friend bonuses, and a pension scheme. Right to work in the UK is required.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• You must be flexible to work as and when required as this is a bank role.
