Agincare Group in the UK is seeking a Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene to lead a compassionate team and deliver high-quality care for residents.

You will oversee personal care, medication administration, plan engaging activities and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.

This role requires senior care experience, medication expertise, and a commitment to a welcoming, home-like environment with weekend availability.

What we offer:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Must have experience working in a senior role in care
• Must have experience with medication
• 36 hours per week (day shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends
