Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care to clients, supporting independence and dignity. You will work alongside the care team to deliver first-rate personal care and companionship in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of care experience, a valid UK driving licence, and availability for full-time hours with flexible shifts. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months care experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.
  • Right to work; no sponsorship available.

  • Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
  • Support and mentor new members of the care team.
  • Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.

About the role:

What you will bring:
  • Good people skills and the ability to show strong

empathy, with a caring and

  • A minimum of 12 months' care experience,

compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
