As a Lead Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred support. Working closely with your Locality Manager and Assistant Locality Manager, you'll be supported in your role while becoming a trusted role model for your colleagues. This position offers a rewarding blend of hands on support and leadership, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
No two days will be the same. You'll support individuals to build their independence, develop new skills and make meaningful choices about their lives. Using approaches such as Activate and Active Support, you'll help set and achieve personalised goals, recognising opportunities for growth in everyday moments.
