Full Time or Part Time (28 - 37.5 hours per week)

Shifts: A mixture of early and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

Driving Requirement: Full UK/EU driving licence required. You will be driving both manual and automatic mobility vehicles.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Dorchester, providing support primarily to two people ( a lady in her 30's and a gent in his 20's) who live within a block of six supported living flats. Both individuals are wheelchair users, and one person does not use words to communicate. This role includes providing full personal care and supporting people to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enjoy the things that matter most to them.
