e're looking for a caring and committed Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Weymouth, supporting a friendly gentleman in his 20s who lives in his own home.

He is autistic and benefits from consistent, person-centred support that helps him maintain routines, develop confidence, and gradually explore new opportunities and experiences.

Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the people we support.

Your role will include:
  • Carrying out regular “keeping safe checks” to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
  • Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
  • Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
  • Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
  • Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.

Shift: 9.30 pm - 8.30 am
