Job summary

The Nuclear Company in the United States is seeking a Manager, Reactor Services to lead reactor maintenance and field service operations for our Service division, TNC Services. You will oversee outages, inspections, tooling, diagnostics, and field services at commercial nuclear plants, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide technical teams, foster a culture of safety, and drive long-term client partnerships while expanding reactor service capabilities and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years reactor services and outage experience.
• 3+ years leadership or project management experience overseeing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of NRC regulations, 10 CFR requirements, ASME Codes, and quality assurance programs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with extended assignments during outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead reactor services projects, including outages and inspections.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring NRC compliance and QA standards.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, schedules, budgets, and KPIs for successful delivery.
• Support proposal development, technical estimating, and business development.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and foster safety culture.
