Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support efficient flows in our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move goods from receiving to storage and to replenishment pick slots.

The role requires standing and lifting, with exposure to cooler, freezer and dry areas. Candidates should have 6+ months warehouse experience and be able to pass post-offer drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly throughout shift and lift 10–90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Drug test and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Move incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Ensure safety, GMP and quality standards are met.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report unsafe conditions.
