Performance Foodservice is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distribution process. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods, load, unload, and replenish stock while following safety protocols.

The role requires 6+ months in a warehouse setting, the ability to work a Sunday shift with additional days, and compliance with post-offer screenings. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift (10–35 lbs; up to 60–90 lbs).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) to move freight.
• Locate proper slots on racks and log product locations.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock per company policy.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and quality standards and maintain clean work area.
