Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an orderly and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to move goods within a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, replenish pick slots, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, stock rotation, quality checks, and adherence to GMP guidelines. Prior forklift experience and a valid certification are preferred for this role in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse/distribution experience with motorized equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work scheduled overtime and multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move freight between staging, storage and pick areas.
• Enter product data and location into the system; ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock to front of racks per policy.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; assist with end-of-shift paperwork.
