Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula, to efficiently move freight, stock shelves, and support our distribution process. Responsibilities include operating a forklift and pallet jack, locating storage slots, and replenishing pick slots while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 6 months in warehouse work, ability to handle multi-temp environments, and will pass a background and drug test.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move freight and stock.
• Locate slots on racks and replenish pick slots as needed.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the work area.
