Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an on-site Re-Launch, Associate in Center Valley, PA to serve as a key client liaison. You will guide merchants through service offerings via chat, phone, SMS, and ticketing systems, schedule appointments, set expectations, and support ownership transitions and SkyTab deployments.

You will develop proficiency with Shift4’s POS suite, assist migrations from legacy systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Modify POS systems to support implementation of the Advantage program.
• Use checklists and task management tools to execute ownership changes for legacy and SkyTab POS merchants.
• Assist onsite personnel with POS installations and legacy system migrations.
• Review and process POS orders and related accessories.
• Coordinate and schedule ownership changes via phone, email, and SMS.
• Monitor case queue to ensure timely resolution and escalate when needed.
• Process POS orders to migrate from legacy systems to SkyTab POS.
• Perform basic menu programming and POS configuration.
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding ownership changes and equipment orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve escalated client accounts.
