Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an Associate to serve as a key contact for existing clients, guiding merchants through service offerings via chat, phone, SMS, and email. You will schedule appointments, set expectations, and facilitate ownership transitions and system deployments, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs.

The role requires a thorough understanding of Shift4’s workflows and SkyTab POS, with opportunities to assist in migrations from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with hospitality POS devices preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide merchants through service offerings via chat, phone, SMS and email.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate ownership changes and deployments.
• Assist onsite POS installations and migrations.
• Review POS orders and accessories and process them accurately.
• Coordinate ownership changes through multiple channels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues.
