Shift4 Payments, LLC, a leading provider of commerce-enabling technology, seeks an Re-Launch Associate to support existing clients across chat, phone, SMS, and email. You will guide merchants through service offerings, schedule appointments, and coordinate ownership changes and system deployments.

In this role you will learn Shift4’s POS suite, assist in SkyTab migrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Serve as key contact for existing clients and coordinate ownership changes.
• Schedule appointments and manage client expectations.
• Assist in POS installations and migrations.
• Review POS orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about ownership changes.
• Monitor case queue and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide basic menu programming and POS configuration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
