Shift4 Payments, LLC, a leading provider of commerce-enabling technology, seeks an Re-Launch Associate to support existing clients across chat, phone, SMS, and email. You will guide merchants through service offerings, schedule appointments, and coordinate ownership changes and system deployments.

In this role you will learn Shift4’s POS suite, assist in SkyTab migrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

This role is responsible for guiding merchants through available service offerings via multiple communication channels, including chat, telephone, SMS, and task management systems. Core duties include scheduling appointments, setting expectations, and facilitating successful ownership transitions and system deployments.This position requires a thorough understanding of Shift4’s internal workflows and collaboration with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve client needs.
