ASU EdPlus seeks a dynamic Re-Entry Lead to oversee a team of Re-Entry Specialists, guiding outreach to students who paused their studies and ensuring tailored support to help them re-enter and succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including two years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Alternative combinations of experience and training that provide comparable knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Success Coaching Center, directing Re-Entry Specialists to empower students to return to study.
• Oversee outreach initiatives to undergraduate and graduate students who paused their academic journey.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to tailor guidance on financial, academic, and personal barriers.
• Collaborate with financial aid, advising, and academic units to smooth a student's return to ASU.
• Provide direction on assignments, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
