Bachelor's degree and three years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field.
Alternatively, any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

Be primary contact for a caseload of stopped-out and non-term-active students guiding re-enrollment.
Manage Operation Comeback RFIs and conduct case reviews to identify pathway, requirements, and barriers.
Guide students through re-application, readmission, admissions, registration, and related enrollment steps.
Maintain proactive, timely communication with students through approved outreach channels and track cases.
Provide clear guidance on re-entry policies, programs, timelines, and processes; escalate complex cases.
Coordinate with Enrollment Services, colleges, Financial Aid, the Registrar, and other units to resolve barriers.
