The position requires an Associates Degree in a Human Services field and two years of related experience, with duties including cognitive skills training, referrals, and supportive services.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in a Human Services field required.
• Two years experience in Probation/Court Services or similar.
• Ability to work in state/local correctional facilities.

• Oversee intake, eligibility, assessments, and service planning.
• Coordinate referrals and wraparound services.
• Document activities and outcomes in the EmpowOR database.
• Assist with programmatic reporting and performance tracking.
