GEO Reentry Services LLC in Johnson City, TN, seeks a qualified facilitator to support reentry programs with cognitive behavioral curriculum and life skills training.

You will deliver group and individual sessions, maintain attendance, and help participants develop post-release plans, using evidence-based practices to reduce recidivism. Bachelor\'s degree in social sciences or related field is required, with prior experience in correctional settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field is required.
• Experience as a facilitator/educator/group moderator preferred.
• Preference given to correctional setting experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates delivery of cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings.
• Maintains class rosters, attendance records, and issues completion certificates.
• Supports participant needs assessment and makes referrals to management.
• Provides individual and group counseling on self-esteem, problem solving, relationships.
• Communicates reentry planning and community resources to participants.
• Assists in planning post-release plans and encourages responsible behavior.
