Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a 30 hour/week ReEntry Career Navigator to support adults returning to work. You will work one-on-one with participants through their engagement post-incarceration, offering case management, job readiness training, and access to employment opportunities within Franklin and Hampshire Counties.

Candidates must pass a CORI and background check, have a reliable vehicle and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Experience providing case management and supportive services to adults.
• Ability to coach job seekers through readiness activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
