Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education – Required.
• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education – Preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, auditing, or regulatory functions – Required.
• Experience leading risk projects across multiple business lines in financial services – Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RCSA processes including process mapping, risk & control matrices, and inherent risk assessments.
• Perform internal control testing and monitor control effectiveness; escalate deficiencies.
• Support exam management with regulatory, Internal Audit, and Credit Risk Review materials and remediation artifacts.
• Define and document KRI framework details and monitor risk indicators across the business line.
