Qualifications

• Experience leading risk projects across multiple business lines in financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and risk management practices in retail banking.
• Ability to influence executives and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments, KPI/KRI development and remediation.
• Identify, assess key risks and control effectiveness across the business line.
• Support adherence to risk frameworks, policies and standards with SLoD involvement.
• Document and validate risk-related artifacts and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk posture is understood.
