Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent demonstrated by experience or education.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated by experience or education.
• Experience in risk management, internal controls, or auditing across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Drive Risk Culture: raise awareness of risk frameworks, policies and standards.
• Communication & Training: develop metrics and deliver data to stakeholders.
• Adherence to Risk Frameworks: partner with SLoD to review frameworks and standards.
• Continuously monitor risks: research and anticipate critical risk issues for the line.
• Issue Identification and Risk Assessment: conduct RCSA activities and control testing.
• Internal Control Testing: validate control effectiveness and raise deficiencies.
• Exam Management: coordinate with internal/external exam teams and validate remediation.
• Support KRI framework: document metric definitions and data sources.
