Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to lead charge posting and claims QA across multiple sites, including offshore resources. You will audit submissions, identify CPT/ICD-10 mismatches, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in charge posting/claims and 1–2 years in a supervisory QA capacity, with strong Excel and PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission
• 1–2 years supervisory and/or QA role preferred
• Strong CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day charge posting and claims QA across internal and offshore teams
• Review and audit CPT/ICD-10 submissions, edits, rejections, and charge entries for quality and timeliness
• Track error trends; log findings and present monthly QA reports to leadership
• Develop dashboards and QA metrics using PowerBI for site-specific insights
• Provide training and coaching to teams; address performance and process gaps
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable billing regulations
