Job summary

EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to oversee QA across charge posting and claims management for multiple practices. You will supervise teams, drive QA audits, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

You will leverage PowerBI to create dashboards, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to standardize processes. Strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge and billing system proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in charge posting and/or claims submission
• Supervisory and QA-focused experience preferred
• Strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge and claims workflows
• Proficient with billing platforms and EHR/PMS systems
• English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of charge posting and claims readiness teams
• Review and audit claims submissions and edits for accuracy
• Perform QA audits with sample rate; log errors
• Track, analyze, and report trends to leadership
• Create dashboards using PowerBI with site-specific QA metrics
• Coordinate with managers to address training gaps and improvements
• Maintain and update QA SOPs and documentation
• Conduct training on billing protocols and regulatory updates
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance
