Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to oversee QA across charge posting and claims management for multiple practices. You will supervise teams, audit processes, and drive data-driven improvements while ensuring payer guidelines and HIPAA compliance.

You will lead QA audits, develop dashboards in PowerBI, train staff, and partner with leadership to standardize workflows across internal and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Preferred 1–2 years in a supervisory or QA-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, clearinghouse rejections, and charge entry for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Perform routine QA audits with a 10–15% sample rate; log CPT/ICD-10 mismatches and payer issues.
• Track, analyze, and report trends in errors and rejections; provide monthly QA updates to leadership.
• Use PowerBI and other tools to create dashboards with site-specific QA metrics.
• Coordinate with managers to address training gaps and implement improvements.
• Participate in weekly syncs with management to align QA findings with strategy.
• Maintain QA procedures, SOPs, and documentation aligned with billing guidelines.
• Resolve complex claims and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Conduct training on billing protocols and regulatory updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal/state regulations.
• Support a move toward standardized RCM models across teams.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
