Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to oversee QA across charge posting and claims for multiple practices. You will supervise internal and offshore teams, conduct audits, and deliver monthly QA performance summaries to leadership.

The role requires strong CPT/ ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge, experience with billing platforms, PowerBI dashboards, and strict HIPAA/regulatory compliance. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Preferred 1–2 years in a supervisory and/or QA-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and claims workflows.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of charge posting and claims production teams.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, rejections for quality and timeliness.
• Perform QA audits with a 10–15% sample rate and log errors.
• Track, analyze, and report trends in errors and rejections to leadership.
• Create dashboards with Power BI for site-specific QA metrics.
• Coordinate with managers to address training needs and process gaps.
• Ensure HIPAA and all federal/state billing regulations are followed.
• Train teams on billing protocols and regulatory updates.
