Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation activities for customers.
• Configure billing rules, payer setup, and claim workflows.
• Collaborate with customers to map current-state workflows and optimize configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex challenges.
• Validate claims and identify rejections/denials.
• Document activities and configurations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor milestones and support project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
