Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions, a leading Revenue Cycle Management company, is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture client relationships and drive successful RCM implementations across healthcare clients. This remote/hybrid role collaborates with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of client relationship management or business development, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client relationship management and/or business development.
• Healthcare/RCM experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster and develop strong client relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications.
• Collaborate with internal RCM team to meet client needs.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Partner with clients and coordinate with team members to deliver results.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
• Oversee new client implementations.
• Attend company-wide and team meetings.
• Contribute to marketing and business development strategy.

This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

• Foster and develop strong client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
• Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage new client implementations.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
• Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
• Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
