AlayaCare is seeking a Consultant to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, focusing on RCM and billing for our customers. This role blends technical configuration with consultative guidance to optimize billing workflows in a SaaS environment.

As a Senior Managed Services Specialist, you will collaborate with product, support, and client teams, design best-practice RCM processes, and lead mid-size engagements from discovery through go-live. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in SaaS or a related technical environment focused on managed services, RCM, or billing.
• Proven ability to own client relationships, manage expectations, and deliver solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering RCM configurations and training for customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead RCM workflow configuration and billing optimization for client projects.
• Train customer-facing teams on RCM processes and new features.
• Collaborate with product, Support, and Implementation to improve services.
• Manage escalations and mid-sized engagements end-to-end.
