Job summary

Cantata Health, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will provide technical support during billing software implementations and configure solutions to meet customer requirements.

You will work with the development team, test configurations, and train end users while managing project plans, risks, and timelines. Some travel (up to 25%) may be required to support clients during go-live and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Diploma, or other closely related field.
• 5 years professional work experience in RCM.
• 3 years professional experience in healthcare billing.
• Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems, preferably in a Health and Human Services setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use effective and results-oriented problem solving and critical thinking skills; strong troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated ability to use strong analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal and people skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Professional experience in Behavioral Health billing preferred, however not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients as an RCM expert and an essential member of the project team.
• Apply RCM knowledge to guide customers in system configuration to meet requirements.
• Recommend system setup to customers based on RCM best practices.
• Perform software and integration testing of implemented systems and solutions.
• Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented software applications.
• Develop scripts (test cases) for new software applications.
• Collaborate with development to capture user requirements.
• Assist in defining requirements for product changes.
• Contribute to project plans, milestones, and implementation dates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with teams.
• Record all client communications and documentation in repositories.
• Test and troubleshoot final system implementations.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
