Job summary

Trident Care is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management, Application Administration Manager to lead the RCM Applications Administration Support team and oversee technical support for billing centers, ensuring stable operations of the RCM applications and vendor products.

The role requires planning, prioritizing, developing policies, managing multiple projects, and maintaining service levels with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and HIPAA compliance; strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in health care billing with RCM oversight experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable RCM application operations and data integrity; manage configurations and reporting.
• Coordinate with billing and vendor teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Lead the RCM Systems Support staff; monitor SLAs and KPIs; drive process improvements.
• Develop, implement and enforce SOPs for RCM configuration and incident handling.
• Plan, prioritize and manage projects; maintain documentation and testing procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality standards are followed.
